Blooming Tree Programmes
Programmes Designed for
Meaningful Progress
Every child at Blooming Tree follows an individualised programme built around their strengths, needs, and long-term goals.
We combine education and therapy through structured, evidence-based ABA teaching to support communication, independence, emotional regulation, and functional life skills.

How Each Programme Works
Our programmes are not static. They are carefully built, delivered, reviewed, and refined to ensure that each child receives support that is effective, relevant, and meaningful.
Understanding the Child
We begin by identifying strengths, barriers, communication profile, behaviour patterns, and learning style using structured assessment, observation, and professional information.
Programme Design
A personalised programme is then created with targets that support communication, learning readiness, emotional regulation, social development, and independence.
Daily Teaching and Support
Children learn through structured teaching, 1:1 instruction, supported group learning, consistent routines, and positive reinforcement across the school day.
Review and Adaptation
Progress is tracked regularly so that teaching can be adjusted, targets updated, and the programme kept responsive to the child’s changing needs.
What Makes Our Programmes Different
We combine clinical oversight, structured teaching, high levels of support, and collaboration with families to create programmes that are both specialist and practical.
BCBA Clinical Oversight
Programmes are designed and supervised with specialist behavioural expertise.
1:1 Support
Children receive intensive support where needed to build core learning and functional skills.
Integrated Therapy
Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy and wider professional input support programme delivery.
Parent Collaboration
We work with families to support consistency between school and home.
Programmes Based on ABA Principles
Our programmes are rooted in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), a structured and evidence-based approach that helps children learn new skills step-by-step and apply them in real-life contexts.
This allows us to teach in a way that is clear, measurable, motivating, and individualised for each child.
What this means in practice
- Clear teaching steps
- Positive reinforcement
- Structured routines
- Meaningful goals
- Progress monitored over time
Outcomes We Want Children to Develop
